Leadership Programme
For leaders who want to build an engaged and aligned team where people support one another and responsibility is shared.

Purpose and Goal
The programme helps leaders build teams in which people understand their roles, take ownership and work effectively towards shared goals.
It combines mental fitness with practical leadership approaches that reduce the team’s operational dependence on the leader while strengthening trust, autonomy and engagement.
How the Programme Is Structured
The programme runs for a minimum of six months and combines mental fitness with practical leadership skills. The longer timeframe allows leaders to test new approaches in practice and gradually integrate them into their everyday leadership.
Mental Fitness
Leaders develop the ability to recognise automatic reactions more quickly, maintain a broader perspective and respond more thoughtfully to challenging situations, even under pressure.
This part of the programme is based on the Positive Intelligence approach.
Leadership That Builds Accountability
The focus is on leadership approaches that reduce the team’s dependence on the leader while encouraging greater autonomy, initiative and ownership.
Conversations That Move Things Forward
Leaders strengthen their ability to have clear and direct conversations, give feedback and address tensions and difficult topics constructively.
The Team as a System
A leader does not lead individuals alone, but also the relationships and dynamics between them. The programme therefore explores how to create the conditions for greater trust, connection and shared accountability.
Format and Delivery
The programme runs for a minimum of six months and can be delivered individually or in a group format, at your location. Between sessions, leaders apply new knowledge and approaches in practice, while the content is adapted throughout to the specific challenges of the organisation.
