With over 18 years of experience in leadership and executive roles within international business environments, I have gained firsthand insight into the pressures, expectations, and challenges that leaders and teams face in today’s dynamic organizations.
Managing large-scale projects, leading teams, and being accountable for results taught me that technical skills alone are not enough — true, sustainable success stems from inner stability, emotional resilience, and conscious leadership.
This realization sparked my deep exploration into the human potential. My curiosity led me on a learning journey from Ireland to India, where I delved into methods that support both personal and leadership development. I further enriched my knowledge by studying the transformative philosophy of Louise L. Hay, whose principles have shaped my life both personally and professionally.
Today, as an internationally certified and licensed Leading with Heart & Mind business Trainer and Coach I combine extensive real-world leadership experience with advanced development approaches.
