I believe in the power of relationships
For me, strong relationships do not mean the absence of conflict or complete agreement.
They mean the ability to stay in dialogue, make decisions and move forward together even when interests, perspectives and pressures differ.
This ability can become one of a company’s most important competitive advantages.
About Me
For more than 20 years, I have worked in business environments, primarily in leadership roles and within an international family business. As a Managing Director and Key Account Manager, I worked with diverse teams, leaders and international corporate clients, with responsibility for people, results, change and complex business decisions.
Through these experiences, I repeatedly saw that business challenges rarely exist only at the level of strategy, processes or structures. Much of what determines how successfully a company operates happens in the relationships between people – in how we communicate, make decisions, take responsibility, address tensions and collaborate through change.
I also know the dynamics of a family business from first-hand experience. I understand the complexity of an environment where business roles overlap with family relationships, ownership, responsibility and long-term stewardship of the company’s future.
Today, I combine my business experience with a systemic and relational approach. In my work, I look beyond the individual or the immediate problem to the wider system of relationships in which a situation emerges and is sustained.
I am particularly interested in what needs to change in the way people work together so they can operate differently – with greater clarity, trust, accountability and the ability to engage constructively with different perspectives.
My Approach
I combine practical business experience with systemic and relational methods, leadership development and mental fitness.
I am a certified Systemic and Relational Advisor and draw on approaches including Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Positive Intelligence and other leadership and relationship development methodologies.
I do not look for one-size-fits-all solutions, nor do I assume that the problem lies within an individual. I am interested in what is happening in the system, what currently supports its effectiveness and what may be limiting it.
My aim is to create a space where people can address important topics, hear different perspectives and shape ways of working that are effective in practice – not just on paper.
Contact
I am always interested in new perspectives, ideas and collaborations that can create meaningful movement. I’d be happy to connect.
